Weekly Themes
Week 1: Notice ~ Breath, body awareness + pelvic floor connection
We begin by slowing down and reconnecting with the body after birth. This class introduces breath, rib
cage, core, and pelvic floor awareness through gentle movement and somatic practices that invite
listening inward without pressure or force.
Week 2: Support ~ Low back, pelvis, hips + everyday movement
This week explores how the breath, pelvis, hips, and core can support the low back, pelvic girdle, and
everyday postpartum movement. We will focus on grounding, steady transitions, and building a sense of
support from the inside out.
Week 3: Create Space ~ Ribs, upper back, neck + shoulders
Pregnancy, feeding, carrying, and postpartum recovery can leave the ribs, chest, upper back, neck, and
shoulders feeling tight or overworked. This class explores gentle mobility, breath, and upper-body
movement to create more space and ease.
Week 4: Reconnect to Center ~ Core, pelvic floor + pressure awareness
This week focuses on the abdominal wall, breath, pelvic floor awareness, and pressure management.
We will explore how to reconnect to your center during movement without gripping, bracing, or forcing
the body to perform.
Week 5: Build Strength ~ Squats, hinges, lifting + carrying
Strength is part of support. This class explores functional strength for postpartum life, including hips,
glutes, legs, core, and everyday movement patterns like squatting, hinging, lifting, carrying, and
transitioning.
Week 6: Integrate + Trust ~ Confidence, body trust + return to movement
In our final week, we bring the pieces together: breath, core, pelvis, strength, mobility, and somatic awareness. This class supports confidence, body trust, and a more grounded return to the movement and activities you desire.
