This page outlines our shared agreements, values, and policies to ensure clarity, respect, and inclusivity across all of our offerings, both online and in person.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Terra Class LLC, we strive to balance fairness, accessibility, and sustainability. These guidelines help us maintain clarity and integrity while honoring both your commitment and ours.
Modification of Terms
The Terra Class LLC reserves the right to modify these policies, guidelines, and accessibility statements at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
Online Classes, Livestreams, and Subscriptions

All digital class purchases, livestream access, and subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If The Terra Class LLC must cancel a class or livestream, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.
In-Person Workshops and Events

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled event may receive a credit toward a future workshop, based on availability.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as space and materials are reserved in advance.

If The Terra Class LLC cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, illness, or venue issues), all participants will receive a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If an emergency prevents your attendance, please contact theterraclass@gmail.com. Exceptions are reviewed with compassion and fairness whenever possible.
Photo & Media Release Policy
The Terra Class LLC may occasionally capture photographs or short video clips during classes, workshops, livestreams, and community gatherings to celebrate movement, learning, and connection.
Your Choice & Consent

Participants will be informed before any photos or recordings occur and may choose not to be included.

By attending a class, workshop, or event, you grant The Terra Class LLC permission to:

Capture photographs or short video clips that may include your image or likeness

Use these materials respectfully for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes (including social media, newsletters, and the website)

If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, simply notify your instructor or photographer. Your wishes will always be honored.
Livestreams & Social Platforms
When participating in Instagram Live, YouTube, or other livestream platforms, your username, comments, or engagement may be publicly visible. These platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Terra Class LLC does not control or store data collected by third-party platforms and is not responsible for how information is used externally.
Requesting Removal
If an image or video featuring you is shared and you would prefer it removed, please email theterraclass@gmail.com. We will remove it promptly and respectfully.
Community Guidelines
The Terra Class LLC community is a place to reconnect with your body and with others in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether you participate online, in person, or through social platforms, we ask that everyone honor the following shared values:
1. Respect & Kindness
Approach yourself and others with compassion. Every body, experience, and background is welcome here.
2. Non-Judgmental Communication
Share reflections and insights mindfully. Please avoid offering unsolicited medical, physical therapy, or therapeutic advice to others in chats, comments, or conversations.
3. Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of fellow participants. What is shared in a class, workshop, or community space stays within that space.
4. Inclusivity
We celebrate diversity. Discriminatory, harmful, or exclusionary language or behavior will not be tolerated in any form.
5. Professional Boundaries
Participation in The Terra Class LLC does not establish a patient–provider, therapist–client, or physical therapy relationship. All movement and education are offered for general informational and educational purposes only and are not intended as individualized medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Terra Class LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any class, workshop, or event.

Severability

These policies and guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.
