The Roots of Motherhood: A Postpartum Series
A free 6-week online movement and educational series designed to support postpartum moms in reconnecting with breath, core, pelvic floor awareness, strength, and everyday movement after birth, guided by Emily Hughes, PT, DPT, pelvic health physical therapist.
While each class blends pelvic-health-informed education and functional movement, the series intertwines somatic practices to help you build awareness, support, and confidence in your body during postpartum.
This series is open to postpartum moms who have been cleared by their healthcare provider to return to movement and exercise.
