Open to all levels, including prenatal and postpartum. If you are pregnant, I invite you to find a position and breathing rhythm that feels most supportive for your body - this may include elevating your upper body with pillows or a bolster, and allowing your breath to remain fluid and easeful, perhaps adjusting away from more intense breathing patterns or breath-holding if that feels supportive for you.

I invite you to move in a way that feels comfortable and supported for your body - this may include adjusting positioning (such as elevating your upper body when on your back), reducing impact, and/or skipping certain movements like crunches, jumping, and/or full body shaking. You’re always welcome to rest or opt out of anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
