The Trailhead Series 2

Guided by Emily Hughes, PT, DPT, explore somatic movement and what your body is wanting to express. Having fun, while also being soft and gentle with your body, is key. No props necessary - just yourself. Open to all fitness levels, including prenatal and postpartum.

Prenatal Note: This session includes jumping, trunk rotation, and standing vibration. If you are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before participating. I invite you to move in a way that feels supportive and comfortable for your body - this may include slowing the movement, keeping both feet grounded, using a chair for support, or skipping any sections that don’t feel right for you.
