The Trailhead Series 1

Guided by Emily Hughes, PT, DPT, groove to the music and rhythm of your body while elevating your heart rate through functional movement patterns. Explore connection to your deep core system (abdominals, pelvic floor, and diaphragm) to support strength and empowerment in your everyday life. No props needed - feel free to modify as needed for your body. This session is open to all levels, including prenatal and postpartum. Options and variations are offered throughout - take what feels supportive for you.

Prenatal Note: This session includes time on your back, abdominal work, light impact (including jumping), and full-body shaking. I invite you to move in a way that feels comfortable and supported for your body - this may include adjusting positioning (such as elevating your upper body when on your back), reducing impact, and/or skipping certain movements like crunches, jumping, and/or full body shaking. You’re always welcome to rest or opt out of anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
