Open to all levels, including prenatal and postpartum. If you are pregnant, I invite you to find a position and breathing rhythm that feels most supportive for your body - this may include elevating your upper body with pillows or a bolster, and allowing your breath to remain fluid and easeful, perhaps adjusting away from more intense breathing patterns or breath-holding if that feels supportive for you.
