Guided by Emily Hughes, PT, DPT, awaken your body and connect with your breath in this gentle movement class. Designed to mobilize the joints and create space, this session is perfect as a standalone morning flow, a midday movement break, or a warmup for your favorite activity. This class is open to all fitness levels, including prenatal and postpartum. An optional yoga block may be used. Feel free to modify in a way that feels most supportive for your body.
Note: This session includes a gentle belly massage near the end. If you are pregnant, you may choose to skip this portion or explore it with very light pressure, following what feels comfortable for your body.
