The Trailhead Series 4

Guided by Emily Hughes, PT, DPT, this class explores connection to the Deep Core System, supporting how we move through the activities we love with a sense of support, stability, and mobility! Move through these patterns in a gentle yet engaging way. No props necessary. Open to all fitness levels, including prenatal and postpartum.

Prenatal & Postpartum Notes:
This session includes time on your back and side-lying positions, along with gentle abdominal work. I invite you to move in a way that feels most supportive for your body—this may include adjusting your positioning (such as elevating your upper body with pillows), reducing intensity, or skipping certain movements. You might also choose to focus on your breath and a sense of gentle connection through your center, rather than effort or intensity, at any time.
